Coffee & Macadamia Slice
Here's a delicious way to elevate a simple cake mix into an irresistible treat! This Coffee & Macadamia Slice is incredibly easy to make, transforming a white chocolate mud cake mix into a sophisticated dessert with the rich notes of coffee and the buttery crunch of macadamias. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or a delightful end to any meal, this slice promises indulgence with minimal fuss.
Ingredients
1 x White Chocolate Mud Cake Mix (mixed per instructions)
3 tbsp Coffee powder
1/3 cup Macadamias, halved
Method
Pre heat oven 180 degrees
Line a 33cm x 23cm x 3cm slice tray
Follow instructions on your mud cake and add coffee powder to your boiling water and melted butter. Whisk to combine now add your mud cake mix and whisk. Pour into your lined slice tin and sprinkle your macadamias over the top. Bake for 25 or until knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool
Cut into squares and enjoy with a scoop of ice cream.
