Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Egg Free - Refined Sugar Free

What you need

  • 350mL boiling water

  • 125g Nuttelex or dairy-free spread.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.

  2. Combine cake mix, boiling water and melted dairy-free spread in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.

  3. Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch cake tin and bake for 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

  4. Allow to cool and refrigerate for two hours before removing from the cake tin.
