What is your shipping policy?

Australian shipping: We offer flat rate retail shipping within Australia for $10 per order. Free shipping for Australian retail orders over $120 - applies automatically.

International shipping: calculated by weight and destination.

I live nearby - can I pick my order up?

Yes! You can choose pickup at checkout and you won’t pay for shipping. Please get in touch with us beforehand so that we can arrange a pickup time. We can deliver to local businesses (in the Warwick, Queensland region) for free.

Are your mixes allergen free?

Each of our products listed on our website includes its ingredients. All mixes are made on equipment that also processes products containing eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and soy.

Are your mixes Australian made?

Yes! We make all our mixes by hand ourselves.

What size mug should I use?

We recommend a mug or bowl that holds a minimum of 320ml.

How do I order wholesale?
