Mint chocolate truffles - gingerbread & puddings
This is a super easy no-bake hack to creating holiday festive fun. The kids get to go crazy decorating shapes and you get to decorate your own pretty adult versions. You can use any of our truffle flavours to do this!
What you need
Mint Chocolate Truffle Mix (prepared as per directions)
Christmas-shaped cookie cutters
To decorate - have fun, it's your choice! Suggestions:
White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Sprinkles
Candy Canes
Instructions
Prepare your truffle mix as per directions - except don’t roll mix into balls.
Roll out the mix between two sheets of baking paper.
Use your favourite Christmas cookie cutter to cut shapes. Remove the excess mix around your shapes this is to make little puddings.
Roll the remainder into bite-sized balls.
Now for the fun part - decorating. We used crushed candy canes, sprinkles and melted chocolate for the gingerbread men.
For the puddings, we used melted chocolate and holly sprinkles. You can let your imagination run wild and decorate with whatever takes your fancy!
