Salted Caramel Crunch

Are you a salted caramel lover? Well, this easy creation will tick all the boxes. Sweet and salty and the perfect amount of crunch!

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square cake pan.

  2. Make your truffle Mix as per packet directions.

  3. Press into the bottom of your lined tin using the back of a spoon.

  4. Melt your Caramilk chocolate using the melt chocolate option on your microwave. If you don't have that option remember to reduce the percentage of power on your microwave or use a double boiler on the stove. Once melted pour over your truffle base and then top with your pretzels. You can have some fun and add your favourite nuts or crushed biscuits.

  5. Pop in the fridge to set the chocolate then chop into random chunks.

Enjoy! Warning it is very hard to stop at one piece!

Store in the fridge.
