Ingredients

  • 1x white chocolate mud cake mix

  • 4x oranges

  • 125g melted butter

  • Water

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line your tin.

  2. Zest the oranges and set the zest aside.

  3. Now squeeze the juice from your 4 oranges and tip into a measuring jug. Top up with water to make 350ml.

  4. Add the juice to your mud cake mix along with the melted butter and orange zest, then whisk (it will look a little curdled but don't worry it won't upset your cake).

  5. Pour into your lined tin and bake for 50 to 60 mins.

Ice with your favourite buttercream. Try adding a dash of orange essence to the buttercream.
