What you need
- Cake mix
- 350ml boiling water
- 125g butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced)
- Pour cake mix into a bowl, add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine.
- Grease & line an 8 inch tin
- Bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
- Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.
