What you need

Cake mix
350ml boiling water
125g butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced)
Pour cake mix into a bowl, add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine.
Grease & line an 8 inch tin
Bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.
