What you need

Cake mix
480ml boiling water
125g butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced)
Pour cake mix into a bowl, remove flavour sachet. Add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine. Snip & squeeze in flavour sachet and stir well.
Grease & line an 8 inch tin
Bake at 180°C (fan forced) for 35 to 40 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.

Have bought this raspberry cake mix a few times. My nephew who is very fussy about cakes said it was the BEST CAKE in the world!

I used two of the raspberry cake mixes to make a 50th Birthday cake for my sister in law. I put a raspberry type oouli in between the two layers. And then vanilla buttercream icing.
