What you need

Cookie mix
20ml / 2 tablespoons cold water
60g melted butter or margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced)
Pour cookie mix into a bowl and add water and butter.
Scrunch to combine into a dough. If it is a little dry, add a splash of water.
Roll dough into balls (heaped tablespoon-sized) and place on a lined cookie tray. Squash each ball with a fork.
Bake at 180°C (fan forced) for 10-12 minutes.
Makes approximately 12 cookies
