Fill your home with the scent of freshly baked Gingerbread Men this Christmas.
They’re super quick and easy to make, simply requiring you to add butter, water & golden syrup, before rolling and baking for 10 to 12 minutes
Makes approximately 24 Cookies
FLOUR (WHEAT), SUGAR, CINNAMON, GINGER
CONTAINS: WHEAT, GLUTEN
What you need
- Cookie mix
- 45g melted butter or margarine
- 95g Golden Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced)
- Pour cookie mix into a bowl and add golden syrup and butter.
- Scrunch to combine into a dough. If it is a little dry, add a splash of water.
- Roll dough into balls (heaped tablespoon-sized) and place on a lined cookie tray. Squash each ball with a fork.
- Bake at 180°C (fan forced) for 10-12 minutes.
- Makes approximately 12 cookies
