What you need

Cake mix
350ml boiling water
125g butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced)
Pour cake mix into a bowl, add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine.
Grease & line an 8 inch tin
Bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.

Oh my goodness this cake is soo good and goes a long way. I made it for an after swim coffee with the girls, being gluten free everyone was able to enjoy a piece of deliciousness. So quick and easy and impressive

This is the best cake ever and the second time I have ordered it. Everything has been prepared for you and such little effort on your own path to produce something so delicious. I don't how they do it but I love what they do. Have bought other varieties and their range and can only congratulate this wonderful company for what they do!

This cake is AMAZING! I made it for a relative's birthday and everyone couldn't believe that I had made it from a packet. It was SO DELICIOUS and it cooked to perfection! And so easy to make!
