What you need

Cake mix
350ml boiling water
125g butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced)
Pour cake mix into a bowl, add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine.
Grease & line an 8 inch tin
Bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.

Cake is delicious, service is excellent and there was no problem with giving advice when asked.
These cakes are going to be made for my son's wedding.
