What you need

Self-saucing pudding mix
Pudding: 150ml boiling water
Pudding: 1 tablespoon butter
Sauce: 250ml boiling water

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced).
Add butter to boiling water, stir to melt butter. Pour in the pudding mix, stir to combine.
Pour mix into a greased or lined pudding dish or loaf tin.
Sprinkle sauce mix over pudding and pour boiling water gently over the top of your pudding. Bake for 25 minutes.
