Keep the kiddies busy with our Santa Claus Cookie Mix, our cookies are filled with oats and jam packed with chocolate chips. Perfect to leave out for Santa on Christmas eve.
They’re super quick and easy to make, simply requiring you to add butter and water, before rolling and baking for 10 to 12 minutes
Makes approximately 12 Cookies
FLOUR (WHEAT), ROLLED OATS, BROWN SUGAR, CHOCOLATE CHIPS (MILK, SOY (322), BAKING POWDER, BICARB SODA, EGG REPLACER,
SALT.
CONTAINS: WHEAT, GLUTEN, DAIRY, MILK, SOY
What you need
- Cookie mix
- 20ml / 2 tablespoons cold water
- 60g melted butter or margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced)
- Pour cookie mix into a bowl and add water and butter.
- Scrunch to combine into a dough. If it is a little dry, add a splash of water.
- Roll dough into balls (heaped tablespoon-sized) and place on a lined cookie tray. Squash each ball with a fork.
- Bake at 180°C (fan forced) for 10-12 minutes.
- Makes approximately 12 cookies
