SUGAR, FLOUR (WHEAT), COCOA MASS, COCOA BUTTER, MILK SOLIDS, EMULSIFIERS (SOY LECITHIN,476) POTATO STARCH, TAPIOCA STARCH, CALCIUM CARBONATE, CITRIC ACID, VEGETABLE GUM, METHYLCELLULOSE.

CONTAINS: WHEAT, MILK, GLUTEN, SOY.

What you need

  • Cake mix
  • 350ml boiling water
  • 125g butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced)
  2. Pour cake mix into a bowl, add melted butter & boiling water whisk to combine.
  3. Grease & line an 8 inch tin
  4. Bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
  5. Allow to cool & refrigerate in the tin for 2 hours before removing from cake tin.
