What You’ll Need
- Mud Cake mix of choice
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- Baking tray
Method
- Combine our Mud Cake mix of choice with vegetable oil and eggs.
- Roll into teaspoon-sized balls and place on a baking tray (leaving some space between them). You can add chopped nuts, choc chips or sprinkles at this point.
- Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before indulging in the ultimate cookie delight!
Makes approximately 30 cookies.
