Anzac Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 caramel mud cake mix
- 200g Anzac biscuits
Instructions
- Mix Caramel Mud Cake Mix as per directions.
- Add 200g of crushed Anzac biscuits, stir to combine. Bake at 160C following the packet instructions.
- Top with fresh cream, drizzle with golden syrup. Sprinkle with crushed up Anzac biscuits.




Anzac Cake in a mug recipe
Ingredients
- 1 caramel cake in a mug mix
- 1 crushed up Anzac biscuit
Instructions
- Create cake in a mug as per directions
- Stir in crushed up Anzac biscuit & microwave for 1 minute.
- Top with ice cream and drizzle with golden syrup.
