Raspberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Turn a cake mix into cookies in minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 x Raspberry Cake Mix
- 125g melted butter
- 35 ml of water
- 125g white chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Combine your cake mix, flavours sachet, melted butter and water. Mix to combine & work into a dough.
- Roughly chop 125g of white chocolate into chunks and add to your dough working it through or add to each cookie as you go.
- Roll your dough into balls & pop on a lined cookie tray. Then flatten your cookies & bake for 8 to 10 mins.
- Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy warm from the oven or allow it to cool fully. Store in an airtight container.
- Makes approx 25 Cookies.
- Tip - you can freeze your unbaked cookies ready for when you have an unexpected visitor or a sweet tooth craving. Bake for 12 mins from frozen.
