Apple Crumble with a twist
Turn our white chocolate mud cake mix into a delicious apple crumble!
Ingredients

Base

1 x 700g tin of pie apple
- 1 x white chocolate mud cake mix (mix as per packet instructions)

Crumble

1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter/margarine
- A sprinkle of salt & cinnamon

Method
- Use a foil tray to keep it super quick & easy, or grease a baking dish if you prefer.
- Place canned apples in your foil tray or baking dish.
- Prepare your mud cake as per packet directions & pour the mix over your apples.
- Combine dry crumble ingredients and rub butter in with your fingertips to create your crumble. Sprinkle over your apple crumble.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 50 mins or until the knife comes out clean.
