Caramel self-saucing pudding
Ingredients

- 1x caramel mud cake mix
- 125g butter
- 250ml boiling water
Sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 400ml boiling water
Method
- Combine mud cake mix with melted butter & boiling water, give it a whisk to create a batter.
- Pour into a foil tray or large baking dish.
- For the sauce combine brown sugar and cornflour, sprinkle over your pudding.
- Pour your 400ml of boiling water over your pudding. Pouring over the back of a spoon can be a gentle way to do this.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
Serve warm with cream or custard for the perfect winter indulgence.
