Peanut Butter Cookies
Turn a mud cake mix into delicious peanut butter cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 x chocolate mud cake mix
- 140ml boiling water
- 85g peanut butter
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Extra peanut butter to drizzle
Method
- Melt 85g of peanut butter in the microwave until runny (approximately 20 seconds).
- Add melted peanut butter and boiling water to your mud cake mix. Combine to create a dough.
- Scoop out walnut-size pieces and add your chocolate chips to each one as you go. This makes sure no cookie misses out on its chocolatey goodness.
- Slightly flatten the balls, warm a little extra peanut butter and drizzle over the top of your cookies.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 10 mins.
