White Chocolate, Apple & Cinnamon Pudding 🍏

Nothing says cosy like a warm, sweet pudding on a winter's night. This recipe takes our White Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding and infuses it with a touch of spice and juicy apple for the ultimate cold-weather treat.

Ingredients

• 1 x white chocolate self saucing pudding mix
• 1 x tin of pie apple 🍏
• 1 tsp cinnamon.

Instructions

1. Line an 8" round tin.
2. Drain your pie apple & place in the bottom of your lined tin.
3. Mix your pudding mix as per packet directions adding the cinnamon.
4. Spread over your apples 🍏
5. Sprinkle sauce sachet over your pudding and add 200ml of boiling water (note it is 50ml less than the normal recipe).
6. Bake for 35 mins.

Enjoy warm with fresh cream.
